TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WIN a Car! – Kenmore Village HAVAL Jolion Facelift Premium Auto 4×2 Giveaway (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). 

1. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. 2. The Promotion commences on Monday, 10 February 2025, at 9:00am AEST and closes on Saturday, 15th February 2025, at 1:00pm AEST (“Promotional Period”). 3. The Promotion will be conducted over 6 days. 4. The Promoter (“Promoter”) is Jen Management OLD Pty Ltd ABN 61 080 874 559 – Kenmore Village, 9 Brookfield Road Kenmore Old 4069. 5. If a customer makes a purchase of any value during the Promotional Period at Coles Kenmore, or at specialty retailers, then the customer is eligible to receive one (1) entry form for the Promotion per transaction/receipt. All banks, financial services, medical services, dentists, and Australia Post are EXCLUDED from this competition. 6. To enter the Promotion, the customer must make a purchase of any value, with Kenmore Village specialty stores or Coles Kenmore, complete an entry form with their name, address, daytime telephone number, email address (if applicable), attach an original purchase receipt to their entry form and place it into the Entry Box located near Centre Court during the Promotional Period. 7. Entries that are deemed as photocopies (receipts and/or entry forms) will be invalid. 8. The Prize is as follows: A HAVAL, Jolion Facelift Premium Auto 4.2 in Hamilton White (Value $23,392.30). This vehicle was purchased from West Point Autos Indooroopilly Pty Ltd, ABN 21 860 305 056, the value of this car includes registration for six (6) months.  Registration of the car will take place once the details of the Winner are received by West Point Autos Indooroopilly. The registration process may take over 48 hours. The vehicle (Prize) insurance is the full responsibility of the Winner. 9. The draw for the Prize will take place at Kenmore Village Shopping Centre at  9 Brookfield Road Kenmore Old 4069, from 1:00pm on Saturday 15.02.2025. 10. The (“Winner”) will be notified by telephone and/or email, and requested to return to the Kenmore Village Centre to claim the Prize from Centre Management and agree to have their photo taken for publication on the Kenmore Village website, Facebook pages, monthly e-newsletter, press and other promotional use at the discretion of the Promoter. 11. Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the Promotion. 12. The Prize must be taken as offered and is not redeemable for cash.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide suitable photo identification of proof of age and identity prior to awarding the Prize. 14. The Promoter reserves the right to announce and/or publish the Winners name and /or photograph for publicity purposes.15. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid. 16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for the Prize and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with or the entry is incomplete. 17. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the Winner or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control subject to regulatory authorities. 18. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage, or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion. 19. The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence. 20. By entering the Promotion, entrants’ consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for (a.) conducting the Promotion and notifying the Winner; and (b.) Advertising and publicity purposes. 21. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. The Privacy Policy may be obtained from the Promoter’s office. 22. Employees, immediate families and any person living at the same address of the Promoter, Prize Suppliers, and all Retailers at Kenmore Village Shopping Centre and any associated organisations with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families include spouses, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-bother and step-sister. A drawn Winner is required to sign a declaration that they comply with this Term prior to being awarded the Prize. 23. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any disputes, The Promoter’s decision shall be final. 24.If for any reason the Winner does not collect the prize within 60 days of the Prize draw date, they will forfeit their right to the Prize. 25. All Entrants are responsible for any taxation liability including any GST or other government charges or reporting requirements arising from their participation in the Promotion or receipt of the Prize. If Participation in the Promotion or receipt of the prize involves a taxable supply being made, then the Winner will be responsible for paying any amount charged by the entity making the supply in respect of its GST liability on the supply. The Promoter does not offer any advice or accept any responsibility with respect to these matters.
