To help keep Kenmore Village safe, comfortable and well maintained, the Landlord is completing important upgrades in and around the Centre. 

We appreciate your patience while these works are underway.

Roof works
A section of the Centre’s roof is being partially replaced. Works are being completed in stages to minimise disruption. A small number of stores are directly affected while ceiling sections are removed and replaced. These areas have been temporarily hoarded for safety.

Temporary store locations
– Studio M by Margarita is now trading between Café Bliss and BOQ.
– MargK Boutique is now trading next door to Helloworld Travel.
– Haemen Mendis Jewellers will be taking a short break and is expected to reopen in early to mid March.

Western carpark improvements
Works are underway in the western carpark opposite Mitre 10, including:

– A new pedestrian walkway
– A pedestrian crossing realignment
– Updated trolley bay layouts
– Speed bumps and additional signage
– Partial asphalt resurfacing
– Bollards for improved pedestrian safety

Sections of the carpark will be temporarily closed off while works are completed. These improvements are designed to enhance safety and accessibility for both pedestrians and drivers. Carpark works are expected to be completed by mid March 2026.
