Eight random draws will be held at Centre Management, 9 Brookfield Road, Kenmore, after each period closes on 10/11, 17/11, 24/11, 1/12, 8/12, 15/12, 22/12 and 24/12/2026, between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST and after 1:00pm for the final draw.

4. Eligibility.
Entrants must be 18 years or over. Employees, directors and officers of the Promoter, associated agencies and Centre retailers, and their immediate families, are ineligible. Immediate family includes spouses, de facto partners, children, stepchildren, parents, stepparents, grandparents, siblings and stepsiblings.

5. Qualifying purchases.
Spend at least $50 in total at eligible Kenmore Village specialty retailers, or at least $100 at Coles Kenmore. Banks and health services, including medical and dental services, are excluded. Specialty receipts may be combined across eligible stores; Coles receipts must be counted separately. Purchases may accumulate throughout the promotion period and need not be made during the entry period in which the entry is submitted.

6. How to enter.
Complete an entry form with your name, address and at least one valid telephone number or email address; select one charity; attach the original qualifying receipts; and place the entry in the Wishing Well at Centre Court before the relevant cut-off. Forms are available from participating retailers, the Wishing Well and Centre Management. Other fields are optional.

7. Entry limits and validity.
One entry is allowed for each qualifying receipt set, regardless of excess spend. Multiple entries require separate receipts and no receipt may be reused. Photocopies, duplicate receipts, illegible, incomplete or non-compliant entries are invalid. The Promoter may verify entries and identity, accept entries that substantially comply with these terms, and disqualify tampering or fraud.

8. Prizes.
One winner per draw receives ten $100 Kenmore Village EFTPOS Gift Cards, totalling $1,000. Eight prizes total $8,000. Each person may win once only; later entries from a winner are invalid. Cards are valid for 36 months as allocated by the provider and are subject to activation and provider terms. Prizes must be accepted as offered and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other goods.

9. Charity donations.
Entrants must select one charity: Children’s Hospital Foundation, Wesley Mission Queensland or Act for Kids Limited. If a drawn entry has no charity or more than one charity selected, it is void and another valid entry from that period will be drawn. The Centre will donate $100 for each confirmed winner to the charity selected on the winning entry. Eight donations total $800, are separate from the prize pool, are paid directly to the charities and cannot be taken as cash. Donations are intended for January 2027. If a prize is unclaimed or redrawn, the related donation will be made after the replacement winner is confirmed and will go to their selected charity.

10. Notification and collection.
Provisional winners will be contacted by telephone and/or email and must collect their prize from Centre Management, providing proof of age and identity if requested. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner and arrange delivery within one month of the draw, unless a later date is agreed in writing or the winner cannot be located despite reasonable efforts.

11. Unclaimed prizes.
A prize not claimed within 60 days of its draw is forfeited. A redraw will occur at Centre Management from the remaining valid entries for that period, subject to law. The replacement winner is subject to the same requirements and their selected charity receives the related $100 donation. A redraw does not increase the prize pool or number of donations.

12. Winner announcements and publicity.
Centre Management expects to announce each winner during the week of the draw after the winner has been contacted and verified. If contact or verification is delayed, announcement may occur later at Centre Management’s discretion. Winners agree to be photographed when collecting their prize and to publication of their first name and surname initial, suburb, photograph and selected charity on the Centre’s website, social media, e-newsletter, in the press and other promotional material without payment. Results will be published at kenmorevillage.com.au.

13. Privacy and marketing.
Personal information is collected to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and conduct publicity. Marketing is optional and entrants may opt out without affecting entry. Information is held at the Promoter’s office. Access, update or correction requests, and requests for the Privacy Statement, may be directed to Centre Management, Suite 2, 9 Brookfield Road, Kenmore QLD 4069.

14. Disruption and decisions.
Subject to law and regulatory requirements, the Promoter may modify, suspend, cancel or restart the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent fair or proper administration, drawing or prize delivery, including tampering, war, terrorism, emergency, disaster or government restrictions. Material changes will be published on the Centre website. The Promoter’s decisions are final and correspondence will not be entered into, without limiting legal rights.

15. Liability.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes any rights or protections that cannot legally be removed. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for loss, damage, injury, illness or death arising from entry or prize use, including negligence and indirect or consequential loss. To that extent, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter against claims arising from participation, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s unlawful conduct.

16. Tax.
Entrants are responsible for any tax, GST, government charges or reporting obligations arising from participation or prizes. The Promoter does not provide tax advice or accept responsibility for entrants’ tax obligations.
